Submission Grappling (Jiu Jitsu) Program

Our Grappling Program focuses on positional control, balance, leverage, and submissions in a structured, no-gi environment. Training emphasizes controlling an opponent safely and efficiently—on the ground and during transitions—rather than relying on strength or aggression.

Students learn how to:

  • Control space and posture
  • Escape and reverse disadvantageous positions
  • Apply submissions with proper mechanics
  • Defend against takedowns and ground attacks
  • Develop calmness and problem-solving under pressure

Classes are taught with a strong emphasis on concepts and technical progression,  safety, and intelligent training, making the program accessible to beginners while still challenging experienced students.

Our grappling curriculum integrates seamlessly with the broader Shaolin Wing Chun system, supporting real-world self-defense, athletic development, and cross-training for Sanda and combat sports.
